There are 2 large covered terraces on the ground floor overlooking the garden, 2 terraces in the upstairs apartment with Montgó views, and a small attic terrace by the bedroom with sea views. The villa features Wi-Fi throughout, TV, washing machine, dryer, heating, air conditioning in the attic bedroom and living rooms, and fans in the other bedrooms. Outdoors, you can relax in the garden with Montgó views, enjoy the pool, or simply unwind. The barbecue area is perfect for outdoor dining. The cozy setting will make you feel at home. Parking is available both on the property and on the street. Self check-in is possible for your convenience. High chair and cot are available on request. Events and parties are not allowed. Please keep noise to a moderate level at all times out of respect for the neighbors. Take care of the house, garden, and all amenities. Any extra cleaning required due to misuse or any damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
